Appointment Scheduling:

Appointments can be scheduled through the online booking portal, email, or phone.  

Deposits: 

$50 non-refundable deposit to book any lash appointment service. (For first-time clients, the cost of your consultation will be applied as credit towards your lash extension service)

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. However, to provide the best service to all our clients, we have a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy in place.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee. Additionally, no-shows will be charged the full service amount.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation and rescheduling policy. It allows me to provide the best service to all my valued clients. 

Late Arrivals: 

If you arrive late, please know that the allotted time for your session will stay the same and will not be extended as I need to stay on schedule for my next client. We will make every effort to provide the best service in the remaining time.

In cases of excessive lateness (half than or more of the scheduled appointment), we will need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that all clients receive the attention and service they deserve.
